FAQ:
Q: can the TMT250 be configured so that it ignores all external buttons and just does GPS tracking without anybody able to switch it on or off externally (without unscrewing the container)?
A: In order to configure TMT250 buttons you need to open up the Configurator and head over to the Keyboard section.
There you are able to set the actions for all of the configurable buttons. In order to disable the button actions you have to set them as "None".
You can also disable the Power Button functionality to turn the device OFF with the "Power Off Settings" that are found on the same page. Keep in mind, disabling the power ON functionality of the power button is not possible.
The tracking of the device would start as soon as the device is turned on and the needed services load up (GNSS and GSM).
