basic troubleshooting

If you need support for a Teltonika FM device, please send the following information as text to
 support@mirifica EU
for each affected device as far as possible, relevant and reasonable.

  • Tetlonika FM model
  • IMEI and/or serial number (preferably both)
  • firmware version and/or name (typically: .xim) of the applied firmware file (preferably both)
  • configurator version and/or name of the applied configurator file (preferably both)
  • config file (typically: .cfg)
  • issue description
  • useful attachments (if any)
