Q: To connect your RUTX to a different wireless network, you will have to follow the same steps:
A:
Login to the router's WebUI and navigate to the Network > Wireless page.
Press the respective Scan button to connect to the existing 2.4 or 5 GHz wireless network.
In the pop-up window enter the following information:
Password to login to the wireless AP (WPA passphrase).
Name of the wireless WAN interface, e.g. wwan2 (Name of the new network).
Create / Assign firewall zone leave as it is - wan.
Press the Submit button.
In the newly showed up window do not change anything and press Save & Apply button.
If your RUTX11 is simultaneously connected to several different wireless networks and you want to select the main (primary) WAN connection regardless of its type (mobile, wired, or wireless), login to the router's WebUI and navigate to the Network > Interfaces page, and drag the WAN interface that needs to be the main on top of the remaining WAN interfaces that will act as a backup WAN connections in case the main WAN connection goes down.
Note: do not forget to save the configuration after changes.
