Q: what is the real meaning of 500 MB for 5 years

A: you have a data package of 500 MB to use within 5 years

*if you use 500 MB earlier, you can top up another 500 MB

*If you do not use the package after 5 years, it will be forfeited

--

Q: How do top up and how does it work?

A:

  • First, you need to send us the ICCID and contact us via our store mailbox "store (at) mirifica (dot) de" if you have a Teltonika SIM account, let us know.
  • you receive the top-ups to your account, you can either, Manually top-up the desired SIM cards instantly, or you can also set up a command to top them up when They reach a certain amount of MB left for example at 490MB, Or you could set an Auto top-up command for the desired cards to be automatically top-upped when they run out of MB, you would just need to make sure you have enough top-ups ready when this time comes.

Q: How can I reduce the data traffic?

A: Data consumption can be decreased by reducing the number of I/O settings, and vice versa, the data consumption will increase with an increase in I/O settings. Just go to I/O settings tab and set parameters priority to None. Also if you have enabled any features, you can disable them.
