Q: Does Web tacho support multiple (e.g. more than 11) car readers connected to one single server?
A: Web Tacho support LISLE card reader rack. So with one single USB to one PC,  you can connect more than 10 company cards. There is different racks, which support 6, 20 or even 120 company cards.

Q: Does Web Tacho support API? (Is there an interface from Teltonika to "Web Tacho" to automatically transfer the downloaded DDD files)?

A: Web Tacho do not support API. Web Tacho support FTP file synchronization, so all downloaded DDD files can be trasfered to your configured FTP server.

Q: what do we need to configure?

A: From device side, you will need configure domain and PORT where devices should automatically connect. You will need register devices and create schedules. Devices can be imported via CSV file.
