Mirifica provides first level technical support for Teltonika devices and second level technical support in cooperation with Teltonika.

If you need help for your Teltonika FM device, please send the following information to store@mirifica for each affected device as far as possible and reasonable:

  • model
  • IMEI and/or serial number (preferably both)
  • firmware version and/or name of the applied firmware file (typically: .xim)
  • configurator version and/or name of the applied configurator file
  • config file (typically: .cfg)
  • device reachable per SMS?
    if yes, send the following debug SMS's and provide their replies:
    • <SMSlogin><space><SMSpassword><space>bbinfo
      if case no login/password have been set: "  bbinfo" (with two leading blanks)

    • <SMSlogin><space><SMSpassword><space>getinfo
      if case no login/password have been set: "  getinfo" (with two leading blanks)

    • <SMSlogin><space><SMSpassword><space>getstatus
      if case no login/password have been set: "  getstatus" (with two leading blanks)

    • <SMSlogin><space><SMSpassword><space>allver
      if case no login/password have been set: "  allver" (with two leading blanks)

  • device reachable per GPRS?
  • device registered in FOTA WEB (FMB devices only)?
  • configurator > Status panel > Maintenance panel

Teltonika FMB devices

We recommend to add all your FMB devices to Teltonika FOTA WEB to ease device monitoring and just in case debug.

(warning) Teltonika FMB630 does not support Teltonika FOTA WEB (as of 2019-01).
